What Is Slowing My Child’s Progress In Learning How to Swim?

Learn The Art Of Synchronized Swimming In Day Camps

The swimmers follow certain routines during practice including leg movements and stroke sections. The routine normally involves throws or lifts such as throwing one person out of the water (lift).
